I was wondering if there is anyway to make the titles of threads go from bright red to light red without reading any of the posts?? Say for example I go to NFL forum and I don't see anything I care to read, then is there a way I can make all those threads go from dark red to light red without reading any of the posts, so when I come back 8 hours later then only the new posts will show up in dark red again.

It takes two seconds to open a thread, then two seconds to click back to menu page. you don't have to actually READ the posts in the thread.

It takes a lot longer than that if you have dial up...not to mention opening and closing 20-30 different threads come football season. If I do that for all forums...I would be on here all day and all night.

And if the Road Warrior says it, it must be true..

I don't have a choice right now with the new subdivision we are in. Dial up definately sucks.....especially when you are used to high speed.

If you log out, the system erases your cookies and then all threads show up without the bold font. Once you log back in, it starts the process of showing you unread threads (from that moment forward) all over again.

I think that's about as close as you can get to what you're looking for.
