Just got off the phone with these thieves, fucknig asses. I was told from day one my outstanding wagers counted, now I get my balance, and they tell me all outstanding wagers are cancelled.

Total BULLSHIT. And they are not in the position to start making payments, and will not cater to the US market.

Time to start looking for a bailout or some shit, these fucks are not paying.......you can take it to the BANK.

I have not been calling them as much lately.If I call,it is late in the evening.If you call them in the morning or afternoon then it will ruin your day just talking to them.If you call late in the evening then you go to bed pissed-but then you are just going to sleep so the shit is not quite as bad.I feel your pain BB!!

Whatever day it was they closed, I had a pending wager. I called when I got home to see if my wager stood, they said yes. It won that night, I called the next morning, and they said yes, if it was in the system it will be graded.

Still, TOTAL BULLSHIT. You know how many wagers are going to be cancelled??? Futures and everything?? This is a fucking mess, and a joke.

So yes, my balance is what it was the morning they shut down, minus my winning wager that night.......fucking crooks. Hope DC gets raped in prison, or a botched home invasion and his ass gets shot.

Wouldnt really matter on PENDING bets, cause at best, you'll just recieve your DEPOSIT back, no winnings.

Why they would make it a point to tell customers they would still honor wagers is just plain stupid. Like you ever had a chance of collecting on a MLB or Superbowl future if it ever won. Wagers should have been cancelled the second they ageed to follow the guidelines the DOJ laid down

First of all this mess is not DC's fault. You can not blame a guy who gets wrongfully arrested and then fired. It is not like he could run out of jail and tell the thieving bastards not to thieve.

Now about bets - I'd be happy with getting anything back. How the hell are they going to grade bets? The employees are gone, the computers are gone, and most likely the databases with customer balances are gone. A thieving operation like that probably had a very quick plan to make everything dissapear/erase.

I would just move on and focus on rebuilding the portion of my bank that I lost. Karma comes and goes - hopefully football will be kind.

I'll also say, I don't expect anyone to completely bail BOS out. No one wants that kind of liability or mess.

That being said, it be nice to see some books offer an extra 10% bonus or something to past BOS customers. Maybe instead of offering 15% to sign up, you offer 25%... Think it would be very good vibe.

Would imagine at first they were told to say your BETS stand. They had no ideal what the fuck was going on, and where just trying to get by til they did.

Fact is the mistake was closing at all. That was thier downfall. They should have just kept running as normal, and they wouldnt have had a problem.

They had no BALLS, and now its a mess for all involved.

I had $2000 payout that was supposed to be sent that day they closed.When I call to get my balance,the $2000 is already deducted from my total.I tried to ask WTF? then where is my $2000?Do you have a control #?I was put on hold and 10 minutes later she came back and said "We were shutdown right before your money was sent so you have the balance that we gave you today plus a pending $2000"
Its a mess!

At least they have to be consistent, to make sure no losing tickets were graded either.

I think the first several days after the shutdown, they still have all their employees and computers running in place, so no problem for them to grade the tickets.
