Looking at the Detroit/Boston game tonight. Pitching matchup of Verlander and Wells. Verlander coming off an uncharacteristic outing giving up 4 earned runs in 5 innings against the White Sox while yielding 13 hits. Wells has appeared to be on the improve as he has yielded only 1 earned run in each of his last two outings. Tigers hitting .241 the last 5 games while the Red Sox hitting .272. In an important game for both teams in the playoff race, sense here is that the pitching could be tough tonight. Hence,

1* Detroit/Boston Under 10.5 (-120)(WSEX)

Year To Date Record: 10-8 (+2.92)

Good Luck All.

Looking at a second play tonight that being the Mariners/Athletics game. A tail of two teams and two pitchers going in completely opposite directions. The A's have won 5 straight and Haren has won his last four outings with a 1.50 ERA. Meanwhile, the Mariners have lost their last 6 outings and Meche has lost 3 of his last 4, the other being a no decision, with a 10.57 ERA. Lastly, the A's have absolutely owned the Mariners this year, winning the last 14 with their only loss being the first meeting this year. Hence,

1* Oakland -1.5 (+117)(Pinnacle)

Good Luck All.
