Please do not act like you played LA rail. As sharp as you are, there is no way you would play a pitching matchup like that. No way LA was going to score off him. If you thought the 4 guy would go six shutout, I simply dont believe you.

I have seen 20 pithcers better than Phillips, if Phillips was on Northridge,Ca he would be their 5th guy.

That is all? I have seen probably 70 or 80 better than him, but that shitty LA lineup was not going to score on him without some fluky stuff.

very true. They are in good shape going forward with their two best pitchers still available. They took a bizarre gamble with the pitching and it paid off handsomely
