Anyone else gonna watch this game? I have a small bet on the Pats but the main reason this game has my attention is Laurence Maroney... Was anyone else blown away by his performance last weekend? I think Dillon will be lucky to keep his starting job past week 3 or 4, I know it was just one preseason game but Maroney looked like a possesed man last week, thinking a prop bet for him to win Rookie of Year might not be a bad idea... JMO
Leinart is another reason to watch this one... How good of a situation did this kid step into, I know a lot of people think he blew it by not comin out after his junior year and possibly going no. 1, but if he had he would be with the hapless 49'ers... Instead he gets to backup Kurt Warner and has maybe the best WR core in the league to throw to if Warner gets hurt, plus he really didn't lose out on much money at all... If his arm proves strong enough for the NFL, multible pro-bowls are in this kids future...
