Larry.
The Seahawks have an easier schedule, but Alexander lost the left side of his O line, and their left side was top notch last year, and he loves to run left.

I was leanin towards Larry as well....LT is pretty solid, but i think they will put 8 in the box cause Rivers is an unproven QB and Gates is the only in the air option.

Larry however needs to prove he can play an ENTIRE season out of Priests shadow.

Larry Johnson should be the #1 pick in my opinion.

Tomlinson is nice but with the inexperienced QB back there, defenses will focus more on stopping the run and dare Rivers to beat them.

Alexander is nice but Seattle lost one of the best run-blocking guards in the league so there are a few question marks on whether the same holes will be there as last year.

LJ did lose Willie Roaf but the offensive line is still impressive as can be in KC and the new coach in town is Herm Edwards. Herm likes to slow down the offense and grind out yards on the ground. LJ should lead the league in carries and TDs if healthy. Herm will give him the ball in the red zone almost every time. 20+ TDs and 2000 yards are not out of the question for LJ this year.

I am a lifelong seahawk fan and I would take LJ. SA just got his contract. Expect less production.

Tomlinson is my choice as well. You know what you are getting year in and year out.

LJ was in a offence designed by Al Saunders who is now in Washington and I just don't think Herm Edwards and his coaching stuff will be able to repeat that kinda success. Plus Willie Roaf is now retired and he was a big part of that offensive line.

Ducks is also right about SA and his contact however losing the super bowl may still fire him up to produce another SA type season. Again offensive line issue with losing Hutchinson to Minnesota also is a concern.

LJ and for two reasons not mentioned yet.

1-He has a coach (Herm Edwards) who loves to control the ball

2-He doesn't have near the mileage LT and SA have.
