1-0 (+3.18 units) saturday
1121-91 (+24.04 units) overall

I won my only play on Saturday, which I made on Thursday. I really loved the game but had to post it early. Despite being up over 24 units, and I only breaking even the past couple of weeks. I seem to win a day or two and then lose a day or two. Trust me, as the regular season gets closer in football I will be gving bases up. Lets see what is going on for Sunday.

toronto -118 vs baltimore (3 units).............I am hoping baltimore used up all their runs in last night destruction of the jays. This is simply a play on Halladay. He is 2-0 (2.82 era) this year vs the o's and he is 13-4 career vs them. I know the jays can hit the ball and will score some runs, but they should not need many today. Toronto has aleady beat the baltimore pitcher twice this year. Getting the jays at this low a number seems like a pretty good deal to me.

cincinnati -166 vs pittsburgh (3 units)...........This is about as high a favorite that I like to play before I play the runline. Reds are still fighting for thier playoff lives. I'll bet they are thankful for getting the pirates right now. That first pirate win in the first game of the series was a fluke. The pirates are playing better, but they are still 15-46 on the road. They should be a huge dog everytime they go on the road this year. I just cannot ignore their horrible road record.

washington +152 vs phillies (2 units)..........One thing that we all know about the phillies is how goofy they are. Just when you think you have figured them out, they turn around and do the opposite. I think today is going to be one of those games. They are playing very well right now. They only trail the reds by 2.5 games for the wildcard. Randy Wolf is pitching and they are 4-0 in his starts since he came off the dl. They just acquired last night Jamie Moyer, a much needed starting pitcher, so their attitude and confidence should he high right now. This all points to an easy win. These are the games the phillies lose, just watch and see. It pains me to be on the nats, but I am a phillies fan and I know them.

dodgers -108 vs san fran (2 units)...............Sure the dodgers have dropped a couple recently, but that does not mean they are still not hot. I will continue to ride them until they hit a losing streak. People are bragging up the giants recently with their winning streak they just had snapped lat night, but I still am not impressed with them. They are not in the division race or the wildcard race at this point.

boston -102 vs yankees (1 unit)..........Normally this would be a higher unit play than just one unit. I don't see boston being swept at home by the yanks and we have schilling pitching. When is the last time you saw schilling at home at these odds. I have a feeling the yanks can win this one, but I feel like the odds are in my favor taking the sox. Not a real strong play for me, but a play none the less.

mets -116 vs colorado (1 unit)...............Not much of a reason here other than it is the mets, they are having a great year, they are at home and the price is right. Mets are only playing for price right now, every else is just about locked up.

Good Luck everybody!!

i have read many of your threads, jill, but never posted. your writeups are excellent and you are an outstanding capper. gotta disagree with the redsox, being a diehard nyy fan. i'd love a 5 game sweep of the sox, which has never happened in yankee-red sox history. good luck, my man:103631605
