I know Islander fans struggled with Gordon's Fisherman logo for a year, so this isn't the first time a pro sports franchise has tinker with stuff that was just fine to go ahead and break it.

Seeing how our city has never, ever, ever, ever won anything, it would be interesting to see how the community reacts. They have a HUGE backing here.

We probably wouldn't riot like MoTown, since most of the city is already boarded up. I'll probably just celebrate by dry humping my Michael Peca autographed stick.

I don't see it happening, jealousy will rein. Plus I believe our goalies won't have as good of a year.

One devoted Sabre fan has made a proposal for something different and a little more tasteful.

He put together a brand identity package in the hopes that the new organization could see the potential in his ideas and task him with taking on the full project so that he may spend the proper amount of time and energy needed to brand this team properly

Sabres just better make sure there are a few players around to wear some of them and there better be one with MILLER on the back of it for a long time.
Darcy let this thing become a circus by not locking up guys last year.
