I did the mils plan (
www.mils.com). I am really glad I did it. I am still down 6 pounds and my appitite has really changed. I was not hungry during the process (amazing as I am always hungry) and in the 3 days since I have not been snacking and my portion sizes are smaller. They say your stomach shrinks during the process and I believe it.
I would recommend it to anyone that has gotten into some bad habbits and wants to take control of their eating habits. I was eating a lot of junk food and drinking 3 or 4 diet cokes a day. I do feel better with more energy and hope to continue to lose a little weight. I plan on doing this at least once a year possible more if I feel I need it.
Warning. If you use a lot of caffeine, be prepared to have a nasty headache (mine was during the second evening). As you go though withdrawals and the toxins are being removed you will feel strange. But the end effect was more than worth it to me.
I checked with my doctor before starting and he gave me the ok. I would recommend doing the same before starting. I actually had a full physical before starting (needed it anyway) and discussed it with him.
