5Dimes....Why would you change your site layout??

1st off....I have been a customer for a few years there and loved to play there with the many options they have.

The main reason I have used them since I got my T-Mobil sidekick2 was because i could use their site to wager with my phone. I just logged in to the new site and find out that they changed my old site (www.propbet.com) to the new layout and format. I cannot use the new site at all...it has frames and my sidekick does not handle frames at all.:hitting:

Why would you take such a great website and turn it into all those other crap sites, by using frames..

edit: looks like if you go to "Bet the Board" you can still do it the old way

looks like they now have the 5-cent lines for MLB during the day though, instead of just overnight. That I like.

why did you change your user name? i just had to add 5d to the numbers I already had.
have they changed betting ways?
i only noticed the layout and logistics of the site are different. it does not bother me as it seems pretty easy to navigate through. as i start making plays, my outlook could change, but as of now it is ok.

and they also took away the option of specifying specific time for the wagers. Before you could ask to see bets that are going off the board in the next 30 min, 60 min, 3 hours ect.....now you cannot.

It has always been difficult finding the bet options (since there are so many) but the new format fucking sucks.

Glad to see that i'm not the only one that feels this way...I played around on the new site for the last half hour and it's so cluster fucked. At least before you could specify 1st half, whole game or just the 1st quarter. Now you have to scroll down a bunch of garbage that you dont want to see just to get to the lines that yo want.

The new site is a complete mess. First, I hate password changes. It's inconvenient to have to remember a new password after you have already memorized the old one. Their old format was just fine. I have no idea why they would change it. The main problem with the new site is trying to read things in that dark background. The light background is fine but then they go to that dark background for the next listing and it's tough to read.

This is a good example of a company making changes just for the sake of making changes. They didn't improve a thing.

my change, like yours should have been, involved adding the number 5 and letter d to the beginning of the account.

My god, what a bunch of whiners.

They are freakin offering nickel lines the entire day today. It doesn't get much better than that.

If the new site doesn't have the slowness problem that plagued the old one, this is definitely a positive change.

Like all new things, it will take a little time to get used to the new look, but give it a chance before bashing it.

Sorry if it seems I am whining about the new site...but now I cant use my sidekick w/ their new site. And that was the best thing about using them is the fact I could use my cell phone to wager w/.

Didn't mean any person specifically, just the general tone of the entire thread.

Whenever 5D was mentioned in the past, the #1 issue was always how slow it was during crunch time, and how people couldn't get their bets in. Well, hopefully that problem will be solved.

While you complaint seems legit Max, some of the other ones in this thread seem overly picky.
