I sit here in Huntsville, Alabama, a town of engineers and gothic people , where you can't get a job unless you're an engineer with 15 years experience or you wanna work at the gothic store in the mall...I am neither gothic or an engineer...so I have no job and I got $80 in the bank.
What gets me is that I never win on any of these day games, they usually involve the Pirates or Brewers, which I can't get a read on either of those teams , but today...Reds/Astros...we all know the Astros cannot score unless I take the UNDER then they put up 12 runs...but today I thought..well...these two teams put up a bunch of runs last night, so they should today as well...but nah, its a "day game after a night game" and the players are tired...but if I took the Astros instead of over 9 -125 at Carib..they love me there I always bite that..the Reds would be clubbing the ball, but they keep hitting into double plays...
Oh and 6 games in a row for the Braves have gone under....last night I thought for sure it would go over...and I thought the Indians could beat the Royals...nooooooooooo way............
and anyone else ever watch the game and lets say you have an over..man at first , no outs...and you say to yourself on the next pitch, watch this dip shit batter hit into a 6-4-3 and sure enough...643...DOUBLE PLAY!!!!!
Or bases loaded..2 out...needing a hit to score a couple runs to put you over..and just before the pitch, you say to yourself, watch this dip shit pop up...and sure enough..pop up or STRIKE THREE!!!!!!!!!! and the umpire rips the call and you can hear the chump thru the t.v.....wait I am the chump...
Oh and I have never seen Robinson Cano get a base hit, he always ground to 2nd...softly.....as mlb.com says...softly.....
LOL I took the Yankees last night too...I thought for sure if they beat the Red SOX 3000000000 times in a row they could handle the Mariners after the Mariners lost 90000000000 in a row.... right?
