First time poster long time reader. I've never had any problems gambling online until now. I got some spam email from vip.com and they were A+ on SBR so i thought i'd give them a shot. They had some terms that were confusing so i asked support for some clarity and i got crips clear answers from support. Well turns out i win 7,700.00 and they tell me that i didn't follow terms. Well support gave me a different, but similar concise answer and i named the representative and everything and the manager conveniently can't find the logs of the support dialogue. John at VIP has a really arrogant attitude and is basically blowing me off not acting reasonable at all. He's seizing all my winnings and returning my deposit to neteller and thinks that is acceptable. I'm wondering if there's anyone here who can help me. I tried to contact SBR. Days later and no reply. It appears VIP pays SBR for a high rating and they don't care one iota to investigate complaints against those who pay alot.

Thanks
Chris

Email one of the mods here - one of them will help you.

What "rule" did you break according to them?

I don't see any rules at VIP about what you can play:

Bonus rules:

All bonuses must be claimed within 48 hours of the qualifying deposit transaction. Tell us your account ID, which bonus you are claiming, and the amount of your deposit, and we will credit your account right away!
One bonus per deposit. Largest applicable bonus amount applies.
Rollover Requirements: The deposit, bonus and reimbursed fees must be wagered 6 times in the sportsbook and/or racebook before any withdrawals can be made. If you fail to meet this requirement, 100% of the bonus will be confiscated, winnings derived from the free bonus money will also be confiscated. No time frame is required. Example: If you deposit $500, receive a $100 Bonus and are reimbursed $53 in fees, you must wager a total of $3,918 before you make a withdrawl.
Our bonus program is intended for recreational bettors only. Professional players or players considered to be abusing the bonus system by any means may have bonuses revoked at the discretion of VIP.com management.

Something is not adding up.

If you take the 500/500 offer at vip.com you can't play certain casino games.

I don't know - doesnt seem to me it should matter what you played as long as you played the rollover in sports.

Do they have the rules on their website?

Sean,

We appreciate your help, but please let us try and rectify the situation directly with Ckayser and VIP before it is hashed out here.

Ckayser, please email Wilheim with your details and we will look into it.

Thanks

Personally I don't feel The Rx. is in competition with SBR when it comes to getting the right thing done for both posters and books. I have worked with Bill Dozer on several disputes in the past and will probably confer with him on this one if Ckayser contacts me.

I all for you guys rectifying it, but I like to know if a book has a rule that says we can confiscate your balance if you play in our casino too soon.

I did not side with either person or try to work anything out. I simply asked if VIP has this rule posted on its site.

I am legit i assure you. I am in no way attempting to defraud anyone. I think if i had won less it wouldn't be a big deal but my winnings were big and he's using the fact that i don't have screenshots of what i was told against me. He's trying to put the burder of proof on me and stating that the support logs doesn't exist when in my opinion he's conveniently lost them or has no desire to find them because if he did, he would have to pay, hands down. He's trying to tell me that such a conversation never existed and i keep telling him to ask the specific rep(i gave him the name) about it and he has ignore all requests.

Sean1: yes they _currently_ have a rule saying they can take your balance if you play in their casino too soon. I can't attest to whether it was there or not when i played i can only attest to the fact that the support rep told me specifically that all games were allowed to be played they just didn't count towards rollover.

In conclusion i have emailed wilheim the pertitent details and correspondance from John (casino mgr)

People are not really playing all these on line are they? I have got to learn to relax.

Depends on the wording in the T&C's. Some places say you can play all games but only certain ones count for the wager requirements. So you can play those games but it will not count towards your bonus. Other places say you cannot play certain games and if you do they can confiscate the bonus and winnings derived from the bonus. If they specifically do not say you cannot play those games at all you should have a case against them. They should allow you to forefit the bonus or try to make you finish the wager requirements on an allowed game. That might be your best choice depending on how much you deposited. You will probably give back some winnings but still come out ahead.

This doesn't make sense. I'm sure there are others who have far more casino experince than I do, but whenever I have gotten a casino bonus, there were games like BJ that were excluded from the rollover, but obviously you could play as much as you wanted. The main thing is casino's all know that if you just play games like black jack and roulette you can easily do the rollover and likely keep a large percentage of the bonus they gave you. SO they srated restricting the games that would count towrds rollover to make sure thta the casino had a fair chance to at least win back the bonus they gave.

Now, what I imagine books like vip don't want you doing, is requesting a casino bonus (which is often more percentage wise than sportsbook bonus) and then use your funds in the sportsbook.

Otherwise, casinos should always want players playing casino games that don't count towards the roll, because the odds are in the casino favor to make money
