O.K guys, back in early April when I had a huge bankroll :cryingcry after
successful NFL,CFB & CBB seasons :modemman: I made a bunch of future wagers on the Yankees to win the World Series. :drink:

Some of you on here remember me saying that I thought
the Yankees were a great bet to win the whole thing..:nohead:

I want all of you baseball experts opinion :modemman: on my chances
of winning these wagers??

I like the bet I think you have to worry about the White Sox because I think the Yankees beat the Tigers,A's and Twins in a series but the White Sox scare me in a series but I think the Yankees bring it home but only my 2 cents.No the REDSOX are done no chance to catch the Yankees or the Wild Card GL.Gravy :103631605

Tigers look like the team of destiny. They have the pitching to do the distance. Yankees always eliminate the A's and Boston is not going to make it. Whitsox don't have the pitching. Yankees own the Twins if they meet them. I do think you have to worry about the Tigers. Yankess will beat who ever they met from the NL in the W.S.

I agree 100%. Two weeks ago I felt like this was a probable loser. NowI feel I have a decent chance. Thanks everyone for your input..

Gyne, I have the same bet at +600. Not feeling too good right now. Seems like A-Rod and Posada have lost all confidence at the plate. Sheff will not be back. Damon, Jeter, Abreu, & Giambi are accounting for all of their scoring right now, which won't be enough come Oct. Yanks won't win without contribution from A-Rod. Starting pitching is also a worry with Mussina ailing, Johnson inconsistent.

Looks like they will play White Sox in the 1st rd which is the team that scares me the most.

All that being said, would still bet the Yanks, and love that I have +600

Yankees are the best regular-season team but they are different team in the playoffs. This prop bet is as dangerous as a single game bet on the Yanks with Randy Johnson. I would stay away.

The Tigers have hit a cold spell. Their odds should increase. With their pitching I'd hedge some of my bet on the Tigers.

Yanks win it all IMO. Yanks starting pitching isn't that great, but no team has dominant enough pitching to stop that lineup.

In my observation Yankees will not play their best unitl Play off. Since they are already qualified for play off. I don't think they will waste their energy taht much . For Pitcher Wang and Johnson it has higher chance to win.

gynecologist- The Yankees won't make it past the first playoff series. Their pitching is absolutely hideous. They have one pitcher who can get people out and he's their closer. This isn't a very good team. They play as individuals and not as a team. The only reason they'll win the division is the Red Sox pitching staff is even worse than the Yankees pitching staff.

I am hoping the Yankees meet the White Sox in the playoffs because I'll unload on the White Sox and they'll trash the Yankees. The only way the White Sox would lose that series is if they continually get called for batting out of order because the Chicago players won't be able to wait to hit against that meatball pitching staff.
