Sean:
Hope you're right and I certainly respect your opinions and posts. Would have to disagree that Neteller is a workaround. Christ, the state of Maryland has managed to block my use of Neteller today. Sounds to me like Neteller will cave at the slightest hint of trouble from the US goverment.

Neteller has simply caved to Maryland's demand to keep themselves out of the limelight.
Maryland is a tiny state and anyone moving serious money will simply drive to VA, DE, DC, etc. Neteller knows this and likely lost very little business by saying ok.
When Blocked in MD, neteller had two choices - say ok or fight. IF they fought, the feds might have decided to step in. Better lose a few people in MD than fight.
If the US government blocks all states from using Neteller, neteller will start simply setting up multiple bank accounts to take funds.
If they don't 3 or 4 new companies will.
When paypal stopped gambling transactions, we got neteller, moneybookers, prepaidatm, citadel, swiftpay, egold, and about 5 others. Neteller was the best.
If for some reason Neteller says ok, we stop, 5 more would step up.
Also, this law will never be found constitutional. This will be the first time that a US law prevents people from sending money to another country with which we do not have an embargo.
YOu can be arrested for buying drugs and shipping them here, but the bank has no legal right to stop you from sending the payment.
If this bill passes, what will really be toast will be forums - no one will post about their activities anymore.
