CRIS has it, and bettable in the B5
Trojan copies CRIS lines, but must bet before game starts
Wagerweb just added it, but higher juice

Any I'm missing ?

I doubt that, Diamond is CRIS. Used to be some shops had 1st half as 4.5 innings, others 5, it seems to have been standardized to first half of a baseball game means 5 innings, maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think so.
