During the past year or so have had many instances where I have had problems logging in and/or accessing their lines to place a wager.

This problem has cost them mucho business from me over this timeframe.

Have played there every day for 2 years and have never gotten that message. But I do see where they announce maintaince frequently. My guess is that since they have a solid reputation for having the lowest vig on most games that they get a TON of people just looking.

They had probably 10 linked servers (based on www10.pinnacle...) when I first joined in 2002. They seem to have over 30 now. Keeping that network humming with the load they have is a big job.

I agree...it is actually pretty amazing how few incidents they have had considering they take 99% of their bets on the internet also. All internet + one of the largest customer bases and VERY few incidents with their website.

Just another reason these guys are in a class of their own.

Most probably won't agree with me, but I think what they should do (AFTER an Adequate Notice) is do not allow people to visit their site more than a given number of times per day. Don't know how many, they would know what about that, but a warning--something to the effect--"THIS IS THE _ tmes you have accessed our site within the last 24 houts, after this time you will not be allowed to come inside for 24 hours! This is to allow others that WANT to make a bet to do so and not tie our site up. Thank You"

I agree - most people won't agree with you.
It's not like Target kicks you out because you spend too much money there.

I agree with this idea. If you are using them mostly just for comparing lines and not placing bets you should have limited access to their site.
