Big Papi sent home with an irregular heartbeat...

That is not something we hear often with baseball players, and it must be fairly serious because many athletes experience an occasional palpatation or heatbeat skip.... hope it is rectified quickly.

dont worry he's fine. they just dont want him to play the rest of the year.
major league baseball does not want to be put on the spot with the mvp thing.
it should good to howard hands down. this just makes that so much easier.

well if you where a baseball fan you would know that they could both win the mvp since they are in opposite leagues. So please how do you justify your conspiracy theory now

Irregular hear beat--I had one in my late 30's; Scared me VERY bad. Doc said caused by smoking...Gave up a 3 pack a day habit and no heart problem in nearly 30 years!

From my experience, once the body adjusts to changes it is never the same. Close to some extent depending on lots of factors . As a wealthy man, he may bounce back with no negativie effects from the very best medical docs out there. But, you just don't fool Mother Nature for long. His Career if he used nicotene is shortened. I wish him the very best !
