to the book. I'm starting with BETJAM tonight and wondered if I should start a firepay or netteller account to fund this. Thanks in advance.

I used to go that route(when I could.....), and it couldn't have been easier.

Neteller is probably safer since only they have access to your bank account. Just do EFT's from your account to Neteller & back.
