InstaDebit: Why do they ask for your password to the Internet?

I was just looking at the deposit options for Carib (Instadebit). I can understand the reason for asking for most questions, without a problem (especially the ss# last 4 digits. But I do NOT undersnad why they ask for your password for your email address (internet provider)?
Can someone explain this to me?

I think it's asking for your instadebit password, which is tied to an email acct you specify. It's not your password for your acct with your ISP.
