We are on our way to knocking down another barrier.

To all you fans with big market teams who complain about not going to World Series learn by example. It's not how many fans are in the seats, how much you are getting paid, or even how much talent you have. It's about wanting to go out there, win every day, and defy the odds.

Anything is possible in this world with work ethic and this group of Florida Marlins has it.

The Marlins have a chance to win everytime they take the field due to their starting pitching. I believe that they have the best starting pitching in the National League. If they get one more big bat next season and impove their middle relief, they could be a real threat. I hope they stay in town.:toast:

They have given more to this city than anyone could ever imagined after 2003, but it just continues to get better and better with a small payroll and better talent.

The scouts do a great job with the prospects. For the first time ever in the National League a team has two rookies with 20 home runs each with Dan Uggla and Josh Willingham.

Face it any team would have crappy fan support if after every big season they trade away the reasons they had a big season. In that regard the fan base could suffer again if they start trading away contracts and potential contracts again, but since there isn't much left they probably get support for awhile. It still is crazy though to just let World Championship teams break apart because it is not economical.
