I opened up an account with Cascade earlier this month and would like to post about my experience with them so far. Their dime lines for baseball looked pretty decent and I really havent heard a complaint about them but not that many raves either.
Lines: Their 10 cent baseball lines are not too shabby. One thing I did notice(and was a big plus) is that their lines don't seem to move much throughout the day. They pretty much hold steady throughout the day, even on the big favorites. I've seen lines jump at other dime line shops from 10 to sometimes 25 cents. They usually don't post their lines up in the morning too early either. It usually comes up around 11am EST. No overnight lines.
Software: Their software is average appearence-wise but very functional and reliable. I've never had any bugs or hiccups. They even provided me with an alternate site which functions better than the main site IMO for whenever the main site is down. I placed a few wagers today with the alternate site and everything went smoothly. The only rant I have about Pinnacle is you don't get a discount line on IF BETS and you can't place those online. For a company that large, that's kind of annoying because IF Bets are as commmon as parlays. At Cascade you can place everything online.
Customer Service: The customer service was top notch all the way. I was even offered to speak with the owner Lenny and the general manager(which I forgot his name but spoke with an British accent) and they pretty much handled all my questions professionally. Kudos to their email customer service. I must have made at least 10 email inquiries and all were answered in under 5 minutes every time.
Payouts: I requested two payouts totaling a little over 8K in the last week. One was a bank check and the other for a bank wire. I received the check Fedex pretty quick(came the next day) and they are currently processing my bank wire(which I requested this morning). I will let you know of the results but I'm pretty confident of the outcome judging from the speedy delivery of the first withdrawal.
All in all, it was a very good experience thus far and I can definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a solid dime line baseball book.
