Prepaid ATM...Anything out there to replace it?

The Prepaid ATM card was awesome while it lasted. Low rates in terms of withdrawing money, and IT WASN'T TIED TO A BANK ACCOUNT.

I used to use the card with Carib and First Fidelity. I'm EXTREMELY surprised that a likeness of the card hasn't yet arrived. Anything out there similar to it? I do know that BetJamaica is now issuing a debit card in which you can receive payouts with. Can't fund the card to my knowledge. Anyway, I'd love to see a new PPATM-like card as an option.

i played with sportsbook.com back in about 2000/2001, they had a debit card then, not sure if they do anymore, but it was somewhat similar.

is PPATM 100% out of business now? i used them only with Carib, and i think Carib dumped them a few months back..
