I just recieved an email from vip.com offering a 100% bonus up to 200.00, with a 5x rollover on deposit plus bonus. Know nothing about them as a book and any feedback would be appreciated.

Probably would know you once had an account.

I called them and asked if I was eligible ( since they emailed the offer), they said yes 100% matchplay, I deposited, 3 hours later no bonus, call back they say NO. After a long time on phone they gave me $100 cash bonus. I wanted out, bet the $200 on Toronto there, and Cleveland at WSEX for more, successful exit.

I didn't like the way CS gave me conflicting answers, didn't answer email. I unsubscribed from their email list, want nothing more to do with them. They have an A rating, just pissed me off.
