Wish i could remember what i did before it got better,
but it doesn't seem like we've had the same problem
with Pinnacle, anyway, & may not have installed the
same programs.
I'm a computer super dummy, & i'm sure you've
thought of this, but have you tried removing those
programs? Sometimes removing, or removing and
reinstalling, is the answer.
