I go to their site, cashier, etc.

I punch in all info like deposit via NT $1,000 USD, everthng is good to go, just need to hit submit.

I call them, agree to terms, hit submit, they get it within one minute, no calling back ! Done deal !

Speeds things up ! If I don't like the deal, I move on. :103631605

Y need to call? Are you calling them for the reup-bonus? No call, No Bonus?

If so, then that'd explains why I don't get the bonus @ Pinny when I reup with them, cause I never called in.

Doug is making a point that many times one will receive a better bonus if they talk directly to a book.

As I have always recommended here for years, call a book and see what kind of bonus/promo they will offer you.

Very surprising to see how many times you will get more than is advertised in public.

I verify the terms are what I am expecting. Sometimes you have to call back anyway to claim the bonus, like with Youwager. I have everything set to deposit, call them and verify it.

Like Youwager gives 20% Freeplay on re-ups, so I set up say $1,000 deposit, call them, get them to agree to give $200 bonus, then I say here's the deposit, give me the bonus.

At other places I want to verbally verify rollovers, withdrawal terms, etc. I do this with one call, not two.

Fish is correct, you can receive more than advertised. Sometimes I tell them what I want, and see if they will do it.
