Question about Sexywager Western Union Policy....

Decided to give them a try from what i read on here. Signed up online and emailed them asking for the western union info to deposit. Get a response from "Morgan" telling me they can't give me that info in email and i would have to call. Was at work and would have been MUCH easier to just have it emailed but "Morgan" would not..So much for GOOD C/S!!!
Funny thing though.......I then emailed 5dimes and asked them for the info and i got a response 6 minutes later with all the info.
Hope they treat their porn sluts better then their customers..

I understand your frustration. While I have never used sexywagers, I would not call their decision to not email WU info. bad CS. There might be some legal or privacy issues invloved here.

That is HARDLY bad customer service guys! I have heard of other books also requiring that same sort of phone call.

I mean come on guys, it is a fvvcking phonecall!!! Dont start a thread bashing a book for doing something that other books require as well

There is no legal reason not to email Western Union info.

Western Union can call and get their Western Union info as easily as they can email.

I would think that a 2 thousand dollar decision doesn't come lightly? So you did your homework decided that you wanted to deposit 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS at a sportsbook, but a tiny obstactle of a phone call (when you got home) made you change your mind? I would think that a spotsbook would be glad to not have your business, sorry, just my opinion...

I have made COUNTLESS Western Union deposits in the past 10 years to sportsbooks. I have NEVER ASKED for Western Union info by email! Not sure why I would really need to do such a thing. If you cant break away from the office for 2 minutes to make a phonecall, then you need to give back the $2000 that you stole from your company to bet with!

IF you can not tell me how to send a wire or Western Union at my request over email, I will not play at your book.

Just tells me you aren't gonna answer anything via email, and I simply don't like making phone calls for something that can so easily be emailed.

See if I call you, I then must write down the information and not lose the paper.

If I email you at 9AM and plan to WU that afternoon, I can simply print out the info as I walk out the door... NO chance of loss.

Not emailing info is not convenient, stupid, and inefficient...

Sean, you have some very valid points that I didn't think of, but I don't think this is the case with this poster, I think this poster is looking to score a little more on that 2k by strong arming the book. We all seen how SW came in and corrected that bad rule they had up about "sharps" and taking their money; maybe Vermon seen it too and a light bulb went off in his head :icon_conf

Hey Guys, SW , for reasons out of thier control can not make WU payouts. They can however recieve WU deposits. SW website states on the front page that WU is not an option. From what i understand, Morgan simply wanted to explain this over the phone rather that 10 e-mails back and forth. I am sorry that it upset someone and hope were ever they play they are happy.

So , the bottom line is SexyWagers doesnt use WU because of the payout issue.
