#2 By fireing those parlays at him, you are banking that the moves are "right" which you an i know that ALL of them Arent.
#3 Depends on how big a BR this guy has

Agree 110 percent the straigh wagers are the way to attack, by far!!
You really DONT want this guy to get broke as its soft spot and great for middleing to the offshore numbers.
Used to have more than a dozen just like you are talking about, still have some but not nearly Enough. Wished i had 100 of em!!

acey..........dont take offense but alot of "sharper locals" will deal stale lines to parlay bettors........especially if they are giving good action.......
theory is always the same.......its harder to win multiple games AT ANY LINE..........

Never forget the guy that busted us all in our poker room we had going. The guy could not understand what a string bet was. He just could not grasp it no matter how many times we told him. Just say RAISE and you can go back to your chips, if not put them all in at once. Dumb MF'er, not like they were playing for peanuts either.
I will never forgive myself for that one, I should have known better. Someone else in our circle started letting him in their houses after they said they checked him out. I waited about 8 months before finally relenting, the players were pissed because he lost a ton every time he played and I didn't let him in my place. Eventually when all seems quiet I go against my gut and I invite him, two weeks later he took us all down.
Could have been worse, the place he was playing at for 8 months had to reimburse FDLE for all his "loses" that he incurred when playing, they called it investigative costs. Before lawyers, fines and other court costs the other guy owed over 75k just from the agents loses, LOL. Thank GOD he was only in my place two weeks. Oh well, little smarter than I use to be.

600 to win 2000 on a 2 team parlay? if thats the case, its smarter to do this than to bet a Straight at -110
If the 2 games play at different times, and your first team wins could'nt you just hedge and win either 680 or 600 thereby guaranteeing yourself a +100 or +115 line all the time!! All you need is that 1st game, you dont care about the 2nd game at all. (To do this, after the first game wins, bet 1320 to win 1200 on the opposite team) Explained: You bet 600 to win 2000 on 2 tm parlay. Then bet 1320 to win 1200 on 2d game opposite side. If original 2 team parlay wins 2000 minus 1320 = 680, or if opposoite team wins +1200 minus the parlay 600 = 600.
It would'nt make sense to bet a straight at -110 if you have odds at 600 for 2000 on a 2 team parlays. If only you had 2 guys offering this, you'd be taking free money, just do both sides of the game at each place. Collect every game. PS. I hope he doesnt read this forum, he will probably change his mind about offering these odds.
