Various sportsbooks will owe me around $7k for MLB futures October 1st when the regular season is over.
There are rumors that if the Senate passes the Anti-Gambling Bill in the next few weeks, and it's signed into law by The Shrub, many books will simply keep US players funds and refuse to return them.
I'm not sure I believe that, but I am wondering what the chances are of that happening. How many other BOS-type outfits will simply refuse to pay US customers back if this does become law?
There will be a concern with a run on the bank at many smaller books if this gets passed.
Had I known Frist and the other A-holes would push it this far, I wouldn't have made any MLB futures bets. Hopefully if this gets passed, it will be after October 1st.
