That's a new one...suggesting that for this offer they are targeting
those with small balances? And combined with the other rules, a
preference for those who have been losing. That rules me out,
which is too bad for them since i like their casino ; If they upped

Be careful with this promotion. Because my last transaction was $1000 withdrawal I have to first replenish that $1000 in the account and then will get $250 on the next $250. $1250 for a $250 match play is closer to a 10% bonus than a 100% one.

You have to bet both sides when dealing with Sky to withdraw, so you withdraw it elsewhere, and don't get charged, and remain eligible for future offers.... if it gets too big there then take it out in $2500 chunks, and your basically done there. They are "recreational".

They do pay on time, but have some unusual conditions for bonuses. They are of little use to me.

i have had a balance of well over $20,000 with them , and they have been great when i request the $2500 a day via neteller-all the payments have been prompt and easy to process. Personally, i dont care much about bonuses, but as far as getting paid, you wont have a problem, and to me, thats the most important issue with any sportsbook.
