My positive experience at Heritage

I made an OVER play when I wanted to make an UNDER play.

I realized it right after I hit the CONFIRM button

I got on Live Chat and told them. They said, "No problem, we deleted the play"

I have NEVER have had a book cancel a play like that. Others have cancelled plays but always made a big deal out of it, while other have simply told me to play the other side and the software doesn't allow them to cancel plays.

Don't they have open teasers that you have up to a week
to fill ? Which is great .

One book, cant remember which had open teasers that had
to be filled by midnight day of bet or else bet graded as loser.
