Baseball Run Line Question- for experts only

i was going to bet zito -156, checked the run line (-1 1/2) it was +137- then i noticed -1 was +111. im assumming if a's win by a run its a push.
but it seems to me the +111 is a pretty good bet in that situation. i havent a clue how to figure the %s.
would some expert baseball betters opine about the -1 run bet when you have a fairly big favorite?

its labor day and dub is surely high so he didn't want to type but they had someone who did some math on these -1 runlines and they figured out in the end they are not worth it,there is a thread maybe someone can remember it and leave a link to it.
