I hear about individual pitchers that are good or bad early but is there a database that breaks it all down?

desertdog: You can find it at CBS Sportsline. Go to the individual player page and then to "situational stats". There you can find each inning ERA's.

Just below and to the right of Enrique's ugly mug click the link "Situational Stats" next to Player Profile. The innings ERA starts about a third of the way down. :103631605
