Suppose the worst case scenario materializes:

Fuckup Frist gets his way and Little Boy Bush later signs the Online Gambling Bill into law.

Will Pinnacle stop taking bets from US residents? Any opinions?

How many "rogue" offshores would continue to do business with US residents?

I think most UK books like Bet365 and Canbet would cut US players off. But, I'm hoping at least some legit Caribbean books will still work with US players.

Amazing how quiet they have been on this issue. Jeez, they could lose millions and it's as if they don't give a rat's ass.

12th, that's a tough one to predict. I do know that it would be very naive to think that they will continue on with business as usual for its US customers.

DOJ legal actions, WTO protests and the law's enforceabiity will all be factors, but ultimately it will come down to Pinnacle's risk tolerance.
