Alan Faneca. Guy did a masterful job on the line. You want to know why Willie Parker ran for over 100 and Batch didn't look horrible, look no further. Pitt's O-line won the game for them, Miami's O-line looked horrible.

Thanks for stopping by Jake. Enjoyed meeting you.

My dad taught me an early lesson in football and gambling:
It is the lines that win the game, not the glamor positions. The sooner you learn that, the sooner you'll see your understanding and gambling on football go to the next level.

Amen. Mike Shanahan proves that on an annual basis. When the Broncos have lost RBs they haven't missed a thing. When they have lost OL guys they have been mediocre.

Yeah GD, you just gained even more respect from me with that post. So many gamblers overlook the big men and focus too much on the skill positions.

Good example Wild Bill. I think even you are still spry enough to run for about 1000 in that system.:103631605

My vision isn't good enough for it GD, but thanks for the props! The Bronco RB only needs to do one thing, have patience and vision to find cutback lanes. The OL takes care of the rest. Same with Plummer, the OL doesn't work on shutting down the opponent's rush, they just know they have to give the QB a precise amount of time. Plummer knows how much time he has and then he runs after that. Brilliant system instituted by a coach who never gets enough credit for what he has done. Everywhere this zone blocking system goes the running game works. Amazing no one else has taken to it other than the Broncos and Falcons.
