Is there a date when we can start breathing a little easier about gambling bill?

I think I have read somewhere before were there is a certain date that we can get out the woods for a little while with this whole bill getting passed.

If this is true, what is the date?

Think this will be around until it passes or we come to some type of regulation.

IMO, nothing happens before the election. It is unlikely anything happens this year.
