Does Mansion ever respond to e-mail questions?!?!?!

I originally wrote to Mansion on August 30, 2006:

Hi, I just deposited $ XXXX via FirePay to my Mansion account (XXX-XXX-XXX). When will I receive my initial deposit bonus? Also, will Mansion cover thefee charged by FirePay? Thank you for your help!

I wrote Mansion again today on Friday, September 8, 2006:

I originally wrote Mansion's customer service department on August 30, 2006. No one has responsed to my written request. Plain and simple, when can I expect to receive my sign-up bonus? Also, will the fees that I incurred by using FirePay be covered by Mansion?

I expect a reply and not a standard "we will endeavour to respond to you within the next 24 hours."

Before I deposit any more money with Mansion, I want to know that their are competent people running the shop. I'm not impressed thus far.

I know everyone is happy with Mansion and their 1k free money, but I will say their customer service blows. I had been trying to get my account fixed since Saturday and by the time they fixed it very late Tuesday night and the next day before I deposited the Steeler promo ended. I called the international number several times, online chat, two different people told me they would call me back, sent about twenty emails. So I missed out on the promo because they are so horrible.

They usually reply to mine in ~6 hours.. though that was before the onslaught this promo probably caused..

BTW: Why am I banned from posting in Fish's new pick-4 thread? The forum software doesn't let me..

The live chat is fine, but my problem they had to talk to me over the phone and it is a bitch!

I've gotten emails from them before with no problem. Their live chat sometimes is VERY slow! I noticed that they took away their toll free numbers from the states. They used to be up since I've called them there.

I caught them in a mistake in a Bluff magazine ad and they gave me $100 to use as I please. 24 hours for a NETeller payout last week.
