supposedly inside info on yankees tonight

I got this email and thought I would pass it on,it probably no more true or false than spotting david wells slamming tequila shots before a game or whatever. I am going to play it very small mainly because of bedard pitching for the o's,but it seems strange a batting coach would screw with a teams hitting this late in the season.oh well .for what its worth here it is

batting coach wants his players to practice for a new
contact swing which is supposed to be helpfull in the
play offs. This is the first game they are going to
try it out and my friend in the clubhouse thinks it is
not going to go well. It is also known that the yankee
pitchers will try the groundball pitchers throughout
the game instead of fly ball or power pitchers, which
should also keep the score very low. This is a good
info and under 9.5 is the best bet. UNDER is also
recommended in the first half betting, if your book
offers it.

you may be right blackbeard,there are alot better teams I would feel comfortable betting unders on than the yankees,like houston or st louis or the angels. Even detroit at home.the yankees can hit 4 or 5 in one inning if baltimore has a bad relief pitcher in.

How many times do pitchers try to get groundballs when they need a double play? How about getting strike outs? It's not as easy as it seems.

Who changes players swings in midseason? That is just plain moronic. Torre has talked about "small ball" after Matsui and Sheffield went down, but why would they change players' swings? ... and do you think Jeter or Arod is going to change is swing because COACH told him to?

Bottom line: This "purewinners" guy is clueless.

Hey tke,I thought you took off for football.I have had alot better luck in tennis, and soccer this year than anything but I am looking forward to football.I dont know about this email either but I have checked out the guys website at purewinners,I think I must have got some soccer info from him once, so I know he exists.I get shit like this all the time. I am looking for unders from here on out in baseball because it seems to be coming in with some regularity.

the angels have saunders and the jays have burnett going tonight and the under has been 23-8-5 in the last meetings between these teams,and the angels are nonhitting powerhouse.I am looking at houston as well.
