Is there any value to the exchange over a reduce juice book or should I just withdraw?

It depends.

Mansion posts -107/-107 on NFL so you could offer at +106/+105 early in the week and get a better price than reduced juice, if your offer is accepted.

If good numbers and high limits on straight bets matter to you, Mansion can be very useful.

Offering at +101 is the best way to get offers accepted. That way, the seller gets his full winnings back if it wins and if it loses pay no juice.

Offering +105, +106 is not the best way for the exchange to work IMO.
