I ve chewed my way into many a ballpoint pen, and I am looking to buying something classy, that will look good, and more importantly, write well. Fucking computers have replaced most of my hand writting so I am looking to revive it, with something like cartier, dupont, mont blanc.

Anyone here into fountain pens? I don't want it too be either too bulky or too slim, both are off putting, but If I had to chose I d take the slimmer one, but above all I want it to write well, smoothly, definately a ballpoint, but neither too inky, nor too dry, and most importantly flowing.

Anyone here with a pen fetish?

Tiffany, not too costly, very classy and writes well.

A good pen is hard to find.

I hate to use a shitty pen.

Fetish? Not really, but it's a tool I have to use all day and completly understand your dilema ...

I own three (3) Mont Blanc pens, all with my name engraved. I know, I'm anal. I also own one (1) Cartier and 1 entire set of Rotring, with my name engraved. All are very nice, but IMO, the Cartier writes the best.

Good Luck!

thanks for the response guys, good to know other people here like to give the old ballpoint a ride, besides clicking away on the machine.

Kiss, thanks for the head's up, and true, a good pen is hard to find, I ll look up the tiffany you mentioned.

chalk, nothing anal there man about engraving names on pens and having a good collection of em. I ve too noticed from going around a few shops that some cartier's write very well. But I ve been a bit shy on forking out the $500 the better ones cost, I ll think about it, might go for a good cartier replica instead, since they take the same refills.

Inspades, nice cheap pen, looks good, but it's a bit bulky for my style.
