BetonSports Easybets brand confiscating US player accounts
For those of you that believe BetonSports is going to pay you, consider the following in regard to their intentions:

It's only brand that remains open and has been taking bets since BetonSports was indicted two months ago, EasyBets, has begun confiscating US player funds and making all future bets void.

It is becoming clearer by the day that BetonSports Board of Directors led by one Clive Archer has little intention of paying customers, despite what they continue to tell people over the phone.

Roberto Castiglioni of TheOnlineWire.com was scheduled to meet with two respected UK attorneys this coming week to discuss legal actions against BetonSports and its Board of Directors, as well as high ranking employees who may be liable. One customer is already prepared to take legal action.

Sources close to Gambling911.com have also suggested that board members may have invested customer funds into an Asian real estate deal, hence the reason none of the money appears to be available.

Simple - take US and UK customer funds and invest in real estate. I'm just going by what sources have told Gambling911. It's not about them buying land for their gambling business.

It's about the directors like the cocksukker Clive Archer pocketing customer money and then investing it in overseas real estate deals.

Since BOS was "publically owned", wouldn't Archer or whoever else was involved in this (if it's true) be exposed to embesslement and fraud charges? Maybe we'll see his mug on an INTERPOL wanted site.

With all the misinformation we have seen in this case, I am not believing anything I read anymore. I could see why they would want to buy Asian real estate with the Easybets business model, but who knows what the truth is?

Maybe they know lawsuits are coming soon and they want to try to hide it? Possible I guess, but my chances of seeing my money just went down again. What is at now .09 pct, hopefully I can find out more on monday.

boy sting never changes.

He heard that BoS bought Asian Properties he thinks real estate when in fact those 'properties' are:

The acquisition in May of Hooball and 777ball, sports books targeting Chinese punters that had pre-tax profits last year of $3.6m (£1.9m), gave BetonSports Asian operations that have remained unaffected by the current crisis.

But do i think anyone is gonna get paid??? HELL NO

I would like to know when is the Rx going to start paying out the 10k guarantee checks? When will they have no choice but to admit BoS will never be able to pay their players? If its not now, its getting darn close, IMO.

Many sportsbooks invest the money they hold. You just don't hear about it because they are solvent and pay their bettors.

It would not surprise me if many books have money tied up in real estate. It is more stable than banks in some countries - just ask Argentina. Many many rich people from Argentina bought up property in Miami to stabilize their money.

It would not surprise me at all if BOS used player funds to buy real estate.

Real estate is really flexible as you can get equity loans on it any time you want (Unless the US DOJ has you indicted.) It is really a perfect medium for a book to hold funds it is not using (Unless the US DOJ has you indicted)

Agree with WildBill that we really don't know completely what is going down on this deal.

I did know from the get go that no one caught in the BoS web would ever be paid. (Despite the steady bullshit from the cs lines, which I think are still up.) I could be somewhat sanguine since I'm only in for relatively small change. Can't imagine what's in the minds of the folks who have lost really big bucks.

Homicide, I'd guess.
