Why do you ask.

Did something happen?

Wil always gets as much detail as made available and makes decisions as best and fair as possible. This is evident anywhere in question.

Rob , show me and the rest of this forum ONE TIME when WIL sided with the player when an advertising book was in question!
Just show me ONE!
At best if the advertiser is wrong WIL will just simply NOT comment on the issue!

Anpyanks, notice how this thread was burried in the COMMENTS section, just again proving my point that this guy evades questions that he simply does NOT want to deal with!
Tell me why in the world was this thread moved here?

anpanks , Will is proving my point once again by burying this thread in the COMMENTS section! Taking the easy way out instead of answering my question and letting others like yourself comment!
Why else in the world would this thread be buried here!
Simple he wants to avoid the question!

Recordkeeper, natrually you have no way of knowing but I have defended dozens of posters and helped almost all of them get paid by going to bat for them. As far as taking books to task there is plenty of that now on the Rx. as we allow posters to openly citicise any book they feel deserves it. This forum is not about me, I don't look for drama like this thread, that is why it was moved here.

Best of luck, wilheim

Wil , know your NOT a stupid person , know exactly what I mean, my point is you will NEVER EVER publically soa book was wrong, yet you will ALWAYS report if the player was in the wrong! If you can show me a thread where you actually publically state that a book was wrong and a player was right then I will apologize to you right in this thread!

But Wil for heavens sake lets not try to twist what aying, you knew exactly what I meant!
So now produce the thread where you in fact REPORT that the book was wrong!
Thank You

TRK,

You would be considered NAIVE if you ever thought Wilheim gave a rat's ass about posters. Whenever something comes up, you'll notice that he always sides with the book - if presented with OVERWHLMING evidence, he'll "go to bat" for them because he has no choice.

Anyone who goes to wil looking to HELP is naive - there is another site that actully tries to help the players and it would always be best for the player to go there.

The RX is a place where sportsbook sign up to present their side of the story - not players.

TRK,

You have offered the challenge - he hasn't responded with a link. That says it all.

Other moderators have sided with posters on occasion - but I have not seen it from wil, and I doubt I ever will.

Recordkeeper, Cincy.

Neither one of you guys know how many players I help, I get emails everyday asking for help and I never refuse anyone. The truth is I have to deal with these books all the time in order to help players, so why should I go around bashing them. I have helped resolve dozens of disputes since I have been head morerator here - obvioulsy not good enough for you two.

Cincy, personally I know how much work I accomplish on behalf of posters here at The Rx. so your allegations don't bother me because they are groundless.

LOL ... ok ... I hope to see a thread from a poster actually THANKING YOU for going the extra mile and helping him out.

The people at SBR get dozens and dozens of those (it's in the hundreds now), so maybe you'll get one too someday. I hope you do.

don't know what wil has or hasn't done for posters or books but the best way to deal with problems is in private. if you start yelling at your boss i front of other employees, even if you are right, what do you think will happen? if you close the door and talk to him you have a much better chance to get what you want! if a book thinks they are right in a dispute but they give in at wil's request and it is made public, they will probably receive many more of the same complaints.

Wil , take the time and read my initail post AGAIN!
MY point is that you will NEVER EVER publically post that the book was wrong or trying to screw a player!!! NEVER!! Yet you are VERY quick to let all the other posters know when the player was trying to screw the book!
wil let me ask you a question , has there ever been a time since you were head moderator that you discovered that a book was trying to screw a player? Yes or No? If the answer is yes , then plaese make a copy of the thread in which you made it public to the readers of the forum! If the answer is No. then you are just plain and simpply lying!
So now again I ask you SHOW ME A THREAD IN WHICH YOU STATE THE BOOK WAS TRYING TO GET OVER ON A POSTER!
Thank You

I think Wil understands this more than most seem to be willing to give him credit for.

Cincy, I am currently working three disputes (1 very large) all at Rx. books and I expect each player to get every cent he has coming. I have averaged approximately 6 mediated disputes a month for the last 16 months, do the math. I recently helped a player get $60,000 from a book and I perfer to do all of this without any fanfare.

Recordkeper, sorry but there is no way I am going search for old threads, do a search yourself. Same with Cincy find your own old thread.

Either one of you two don't like the way I am doing my job please email Rx. General Manager Rick Allec at Rick@therx.com. In the meantime I will keep helping payers get paid the best way I know how.

TRK,

Let me show you an example.

Check out this thread:

http://forum.therx.com/showthread.php?t=400328&highlight=$350

It was a scam that sportsbook.com pulled on me (for $350) by auditing and freezing my account and not letting me get to my money without a reimbursement of $350. It still irks me and I wanted people to see what they did, or find out what I did wrong. I asked wilheim if he would help me - NO REPLY.

But when I ask a simple question about Ace, wilheim read it fast enough to put it in the Rubber Room because he said it was "drama"... while classy Ace provided the simple answer I was looking for.

ACTIONS speak louder than words.

PS: You don't have to reply to this and offer assistance on this matter, Wilheim.

I always reply to requests like that one and must have missed your post, for that I apologise.

Just send me the details and I will be glad to see if anything can be done about your case. wilheim@therx.com

I see this is actually about your feelings getting hurt because someone moved your thread about Ace Ace and EOG. That is simply Rx. policy whether you like it or not.

wilheim.

If you didn't see it, forget it. It's done.

As for Ace thread: I got my reply from Ace, and that was all I was asking for. I told myself that the moving of the thread was a result of the insecurity of the RX than anything else. Why else would a question about Ace be called BASHING and DRAMA?
