Last night I bought 10 shares of SanDiego at $66 early in the first quarter.
Seeing as how the game was never in question I let the game run its course and didnt make another transaction on the game.
When the game was over the computer didnt automatically sell my winning shares at $100 like it normally does within a few minutes after game ending.
As a matter of fact for at least 30 minutes and maybe as long as an hour after the game Sd was still available for purchase at 98, in other words it never closed out.
My transaction was still open. I went to bed just figuring that the the sytem was slow and that it would be worked out later.
Well I woke up and checked my account and here is where it gets weird
Under reports then long term markets their system shows the following:
1. That I sold my shares at $97 at 133 est
2. That I attempted to sell my shares at 114, 120, 123, 128, 130 and 131 and that each time it was rejected for the wrong price.
I didnt make any of the so called tansactions. As I stated earlier, the game was never in question so selling Sd at any time for less than $100 was never even a consideration.
I called and they are going to have their computer guy check all this out. I also informed them that since the game never closed out last nite that some people may have contunued to buy Sd at 98 even when the game was over.
Im sure they will work it all out. The only thing that bugs me is when I call to report all this the CS girl is friendly but acts like my story is increduous. She insisted that what happened could not have happened even though it obvioulsly did!!!!!!!!!!
Did anyone else have an issue with the game last night?
