Mansion documentation-What do I need to send?

I know there are threads but I cant find because this answer is probably in one that was consolidated. I refuse to wait any longer on their live chat.

Can someone tell me all the information I need to send them?

i had to fax them drivers license,credit card,and utility bill

you can also scan and email, which is what I did.

I also scanned my license. Per chat, license was only thing needed since I used Western Union and I am requesting bank transfer. It will take up to 3 business days to verify and then 2 days for my bank transfer.
