Here is my list in order of preference:

1) Veronica Mars
2) Lost
3) 24
4) Prison Break
5) Criminal Minds

There is also a couple of new shows I am going to check out this year too. Friday Night Lights and Heroes on NBC.

Shield is great. Nip/Tuck is good too but The Carver angle turned out to be "B" movieish...
