Amazingly cheap in Italy. I've heard much more in England.
I caught Lazio/Ac Milan 2 years ago for about $10/ticket.
The bizarre thing is many of the bars and restaurants in Italy have tickets for sale. They don't advertise them, but if you ask.... Not sure if they are stolen or where they come from, but everyone in Rome seemed to know that is where to get them cheap. I do not know enough Italian to figure it out.

I am thinking the tickets these places sell may be mob provided or stolen, but they are definitely available.
The whole thing seemed a bit bizarre to me as we had to check in at a few different bars, but eventually the tickets were available.
The girl I was visiting was friends with some guy who used to play for Roma for a year or two and seemed to know everyone in Rome.
I have no idea if they were giving him the tickets cheap or if the mob was involved or what, but when we picked up the 4 tickets for about $45 total, the bar had about 50 left.
