not to bring anyone down but 5 games a week at $200 a play and a 55% win rate over 17 weeks is a record of 47-38 or so which is +$1,200 for 4 months of blood sweat and tears.
I always break the football season down to one of my buddies like this when he gets into EVERY play during a typical weekend of gambling on a few games he likes.
But like Sean said "to each his own".
I would rather gamble and lose than go hunting ,fishing ,snowmobiling ,etc...

No matter what season it is I only allow myself 5 plays a week.
About 5 years ago i realized i was just spinning my wheels playing 100's of plays a month. Regulating myself to 5 plays is what turned me into being a pretty decent player. It forces me to really do my homework days in advance and makes me aware of just how valuable each play is.
The guys who grind out tons of plays each week really have my respect as there is no way i could do that and not go crazy crazy. :grandmais
