Does anyone ever try to make a withdrawal and the ATM just spits out your card and says "transaction completed", but gives no cash.

Yes, there are funds in the account

No, I didn't take $ 1,000 out over the last 24 hrs, my last withdrawal was Tuesday.

I think it's just a temporary clitch, anybody else experience this?

Yes, many banks do not allow the Neteller card to be used at their ATM's. Sometimes you have to shop around to find ones in your area that you can rely on.

Also, some banks have an accounting period in mid-afternoon when all their ATM's are useless. You can wait until later in the day and they will start working again.

Willie are you out of your home state trying to use it??? there are few states that unless its your home state you can not use it there when traveling ..neteller told me a few months ago they where working on it it was the processors

if its in your home state then I would contact neteller ..call them up

I have 3 different banks within short walking distance of me, it only works at one of them. Lame.

Where I live it's 400 per day. I imagine in the city it would be more.

Neteller allows $ 1,000 over 24 "rolling" hours. Banks may have different limits.
