"Sixes and Sevens" An old phrase, more used in the UK than the US. Means being in a muddle, or in disarray.

Of course we all know this is not a book for high rollers or consistent winners. And from the start and to this day they have had ongoing cs problems, despite the gallant efforts of "Jimmy" to correct them. (Is he still there?)

They do have some positive features. Not much is all black & white.

I joined up around the start of foots last season, when a mod (either Fish or Wil) announced they were offering a c-note bonus for a deposit of same. Figured I'd make a bet or two and be up, or down and out.

At season's end I had increased my hundred around sevenfold. And a while back drew all but a few hundred, which I used to bet horses. Had some bad beats and ended with less than five bucks.

And also at this time had an odd $185 left in my Neteller account. So I went to my bookmark or "favorite" and clicked on Nine, just like I did for betting the ponies up to a month or so ago. That would give me around $200, with the re-up bonus, what I started with the last year.

Don't most of us save the books we are at to the Favorites?

The bonus page showed reloads getting 10% FREE CASH. (The caps were theirs.) So I netellered them the 185 and they credited me with it plus ---- A 10% Bonus Play. This is relative chump change, but out of curiousity I called, and the cs lady could not figure out the difference between free cash and a Bonus Play.

After consulting for some time off the phone, she returned and told me that they no longer offered free cash on re-ups, just a Bonus Play.

I told her she should change that on the site - and only later figured out that they had, but instead of changing their entire site address (where all the info would be as originally stated) they left it alone. So one could bet off the Favorite click, but not get any new info. Not too swift on their part.

Nothing they could do, she said. No big thing for me, but I imagine if someone used a bookmark -remember, I was able to bet off the bookmarked or saved to Favorites page - for some serious money I think they'd be a bit pissed.

And BTW, the lady, Martina I think, told me that re-ups get only 10 % - not 20%. So, what is that banner ad for Nine up on screen top showing a 20% bonus for re-ups? Doesn't seem to show as such on their revised site either, unless it's for casino play.

Terrible book.

VIP being associated only hurts VIP's rep.

Nine lies about bonuses.

Nine cuts limits before you place a bet.

Nine takes away free half points based on how much you deposit and the method.

Etc, etc, etc....

I can completely understand why people go through the hassles for a 100% bonus or 50% bonus or the lines at SIA, etc..... but why for a 10% matchplay????

Well, Sean, you know how bettors are. With relatively small bets (big bets would get their antennae up on you!) I did increase sevenfold. And I did like the one game a week juice free, half point Fridays, half juice Tuesdays. But totally agree, it is NOT a book I would send serious $$$ to - that would go to Pin etc.

It wasn't the 10 % cash on re-ups either. I had a few bucks in Neteller, already had an account there, my other books were fully funded, and I had an odd small amount at Nine.

(Incidentally, I don't think all that much of the VIP group either, very bad and snotty cs - don't know from experience, just from reading other posts here. SBR probably should have 'em as a B, but we all know there ain't no real "Consumer's Union" for online bettors.)

Still, someone at Rx should click on their ad banner here and try to find that 20% they're talking about, on re-ups. As far as I can see it does not exist. Isn't that - uh - deceptive advertising?

Don't know about the bonuses this year. I signed up with them last year for a few hundred. Hit 10 grand in video poker one night and cashed half of it. got paid very fast.

My limits are $600 but thats good enough for me. Never had a problem getting paid.

That's great. I don't play casino games but terrif for you! I'm surprised that if you were able to bet six dollars on sports and win that you weren't booted. I kept mine under 2, and often under 1. I had cs issues with them from the get-go, but nothing big. I personally won't give any Costa Rica book significant deposit bucks until the Senate bill is dead.
