In our ongoing effort to provide you with enhanced security, NETELLER is replacing your existing ATM card. Our processor is working hard to prepare and ship your new Card – the expected delivery date is now November 10, 2006. The new more secure card provides additional embedded safety features.
We are committed to providing you uninterrupted service
Your current NETELLER Card will continue to work until a replacement card is received by you and activated.
To confirm we have your correct mailing address, please sign into your NETELLER account by September 26, 2006 and select the “Options” tab to update your account information.
You will receive your new NETELLER card on or before November 10, 2006 along with detailed instructions on activating the card. Any card balances will be transferred from your existing NETELLER card to your new ATM card upon activation.

I say maybe everyone because mine has a exp date of 1.5 yrs from now and I got this email so it might be an across the board thing to improve security
