I know this is banging the drum over and over, but how long will it take to enforce or rather come effective and will it basically prevent all offshore places from taking U.S. customers. And finally, if this bill is passed, does anyone feel that their funds may be in jeopardy or would all legit offshore books settle accounts with U.S. account holders? Thoughts please.
